石榴芝士慕斯蛋糕
网上买了芒果结果没有熟,只能用家里有的另一种水果做蛋糕了。

  • 戚风蛋糕1片
  • 软籽石榴粒200g
  • 白砂糖40g
  • 奶油奶酪200g
  • 吉利丁片5g
  • 奶油120g
  • 柠檬汁几滴
  • 葡萄15颗
  • 石榴汁130g
  • 葡萄5颗
  • 吉利丁3g
  • 蜜瓜球8颗

Steps to make 石榴芝士慕斯蛋糕

  • 1.200g石榴粒加40g白砂糖,小火加热。
  • 2.白砂糖融化的差不多了,然后加几滴柠檬汁。
  • 3.煮5分钟,软化后挤出汁液。
  • 4.另取200g石榴打汁,做水果馅。
  • 5.过滤出石榴汁。
  • 6.5g吉利丁泡冷水。
  • 7.石榴汁小火加热,然后马上关火,加入泡软的吉利丁。
  • 8.加入剥皮的葡萄,放入底部包了保鲜膜的慕斯圈,冰箱冷冻一小时以上,夹心的慕斯圈要要做的尺寸小一些。
  • 9.奶油奶酪40g白砂糖,微波炉叮30秒融化。
  • 10.加石榴糖浆搅拌均匀。
  • 11.觉得颜色不够漂亮的可以加几滴天然红色素。
  • 12.倒入5g吉利丁液。
  • 13.120g奶油打发,因为打6分发就可以了,奶油也不多,我直接手打了。安佳的奶油是很容易打发的。
  • 14.奶油加入慕斯糊中,搅拌均匀。
  • 15.慕斯圈慕斯围边,没有围也可以不放,脱模用热毛巾捂或者风筒加热即可。放一层蛋糕胚,加一层慕斯,170g。
  • 16.放入葡萄做夹心,把葡萄用筷子压入慕斯糊中。
  • 17.晃动慕斯糊,表面平整后,放入冰箱,冷冻20分钟。也可以冷藏,但是冷藏太慢,我基本是冷冻。
  • 18.冷冻好的夹心,取出底部的保鲜膜,放入慕斯中,用小刮刀轻轻刮下。
  • 19.脱模。
  • 20.倒入剩下慕斯糊,然后再加入剩下的慕斯糊,同样的放葡萄进去,晃动平整慕斯糊,冰箱冷藏。
  • 21.慕斯凝固后装饰,可以用水果,也可以用打发的奶油裱花,这步就发挥自己想象吧。
