  • 1.准备食材
  • 2.鹌鹑蛋放入锅中煮熟
  • 3.冷水浸泡一下,去皮,穿串
  • 4.鲜虾剪去虾须、虾脚
  • 5.穿在竹签上
  • 6.小烤肠3个一串穿起来
  • 7.沸水中放精盐,把豇豆焯烫至翠绿变软
  • 8.取出过冷水
  • 9.卷起,穿成串
  • 10.金针菇洗净穿串
  • 11.砂锅中放入清水、关东煮调料
  • 12.煮开锅后,按照食材成熟难易顺序,依次放入,再次煮开即可
