Steps to make 天鹅点心

  • 1.准备好原材料;
  • 2.将两种面粉、糖放入碗中; 加入适量的开水, 用筷子不停的搅拌;
  • 3.再用手和成软硬适度的面团,盖上保鲜膜饧上二十分钟;
  • 4.拿出点小面团加点南瓜泥一起混合;
  • 5.将红豆沙馅料揉搓成小圆球备用;
  • 6.将饧好的面团搓成长条, 再切成大小合适的剂子;
  • 7.将剂子按压成圆形面皮;放入准备好的豆沙馅料球;
  • 8.团成球,注意留住上面多余的部分;
  • 9.将多余的面团慢慢搓长, 形成天鹅的长长脖子;
  • 10.再把它微微折叠,圆球部分整理好成身体状;
  • 11.再将长颈的头端按压一下形成天鹅的头, 这样天鹅的雏形就出来了;
  • 12.拿出点橙色的面团, 按压成小条;
  • 13. 粘连在天鹅的头顶上;
  • 14.用小切板在上面划出羽毛的花纹;
  • 15.沾上蜂蜜贴在天鹅身体的两侧;
  • 16.同样的方法做出两片相对小一点的羽毛;
  • 17.错位的贴在大片的羽毛上;
  • 18.最后在天鹅头上两侧粘上黑芝麻做眼睛,这样天鹅点心就完成了;
  • 19.在天鹅下面垫上红萝卜片, 摆放在蒸锅中;
  • 20.烧锅水,水开后,将蒸锅放上,蒸上八分钟即可。
  • 21.美味又可爱的小天鹅点心就可以装盘了。
