Steps to make 巧克力曲奇

  • 1.黄油室温软化,加入细砂糖,糖粉搅拌均匀
  • 2.打蛋器不断地搅拌,将黄油打发
  • 3.黄油打发到体积膨大,颜色变浅即可
  • 4.分2-3次加入鸡蛋液
  • 5.并用打蛋器搅打均匀,每一次都要等黄油和鸡蛋完全融合再一起次再加下一次
  • 6.黄油和鸡蛋必须完全混合,不出现分离现象,打发好的黄油呈现轻盈,蓬松的质地
  • 7.可可粉和低筋面粉混合
  • 8.筛入面糊里
  • 9.搅拌均匀
  • 10.烤盘铺油纸,烤箱预热190度,15分钟,面糊加入裱花带,挤出就好,我这次用的小号的花嘴,所以挤了两大盘。
