果仁芝麻陷月饼
用的果仁芝麻馅,之前的菜谱里有发

  • 转化糖浆70克
  • 花生油30克
  • 枧水1.5克
  • 果仁芝麻馅400克

Steps to make 果仁芝麻陷月饼

  • 1.转化糖浆加入枧水拌匀,再加入花生油搅拌至融化成一体;
  • 2.再将面粉筛入液体材料中,翻拌均匀揉成面团;
  • 3.盖上保鲜膜静置1小时以上;
  • 4.静置好的面团均匀的分成20克每个的小面团;
  • 5.小面团压扁,稍微薄大一些比较好包,放入果仁馅;
  • 6.饼皮小心的往上推到收口处,慢慢的推然后收口;
  • 7.收好口的小面团,均匀的裹上一层薄薄的炒熟的糯米粉;
  • 8.放入月饼模中,压出形状;
  • 9.摆入烤盘中,烤前用喷雾水壶,均匀的喷上一层水;
  • 10.放入预热好180摄氏度的烤箱,烘烤5分钟;
  • 11.取出月饼均匀的薄薄的刷上一层鸡蛋糊,再送入烤箱15分钟;
  • 12.烤好的月饼放凉后,盖上保鲜膜静置两天回油即可。
