1.把内脂豆腐盒子四角拆开，倒入盘中，水开后上锅蒸5分钟。![]()
2.倒掉多余的水份，用小刀划成块，切好的皮蛋摆在豆腐上面。![]()
3.香菜、小葱切成末，撒在上面。![]()
4.用适量生抽、醋、盐、辣椒油、香油调一碗料汁，淋在上面即可。如果喜欢，可以用红辣椒圈和花椒榨油，淋在上面。不过夏天还是以吃清淡为好。
