Steps to make 糯米糍

  • 1.糯米粉加入南瓜粉调色,加入适量的糖、奶粉、黄油和250毫升牛奶调均匀后过筛,用盖子盖住碗面,放入蒸锅大火蒸煮十五分钟左右,时间主要看你的糯米粉的量来决定,关火后闷5分钟再拿出。
  • 2.曾热把面块揉成光滑有弹性的面团子,这一步在硅胶板上带一次性手套操作就好,效果真的不沾,也不用熟粉。
  • 3.扯一小团面皮揉成小球,用切刀一压即可成型,包上我之前自己炒的芋泥。
  • 4.收口后揉致圆形。
  • 5.丢到椰蓉中滚一圈即可。
  • 6.糯叽叽的,冷藏一小时后口感更好。
  • 7.放入保鲜盒里,盖好盖子,冷藏八小时后拿给伙伴们一起分享,大家都非常愉快哟。
