沙拉肉松蛋糕卷
做蛋糕卷没有奶油的日子怎么打发,还有丘比沙拉酱来帮忙,配上黄瓜条和肉松,最美味的早餐不过如此!还有丘比logo设计,虽然有点熊猫眼但还是有点酷的!

  • 低筋面粉80g
  • 鸡蛋4个
  • 细砂糖35g,蛋黄糊用
  • 可可粉2g
  • 玉米淀粉1小勺
  • 柠檬汁2滴
  • 色拉油40ml
  • 60ml
  • 黄瓜1小根

Steps to make 沙拉肉松蛋糕卷

  • 1.准备材料,蛋清蛋黄分离(取4个蛋清,3个蛋黄)
  • 2.蛋黄加入35g细砂糖,用打蛋器打至发泡
  • 3.再依次加入水、色拉油,滴2滴柠檬汁搅拌均匀
  • 4.蛋黄糊中筛入低粉和半小勺的玉米淀粉
  • 5.用打蛋器打成均匀的流线面糊
  • 6.蛋白分二次加入细砂糖30g,用打蛋器打至湿性发泡
  • 7.取三分之一打发好的蛋白,放入蛋黄糊中翻拌均匀
  • 8.再将拌好的面糊倒回剩余三分之二蛋白中,翻拌成细腻蛋糕糊
  • 9.取两小份蛋糕糊,加一点点低粉,再加入可可粉,拌成可可面糊,装入裱花袋剪一小口,在烤盘挤上丘比图案。
  • 10.将剩下的面糊倒入烤盘,用力震出大气泡
  • 11.放入预热好170的烤箱,上下火,烤17分钟左右
  • 12.出炉后马上倒扣防回缩
  • 13.趁热撕去油纸再盖回去等稍凉
  • 14.再倒过来,放一条黄瓜,挤上丘比沙拉酱
  • 15.撒上肉松
  • 16.慢慢卷起来 ,丘比专属的沙拉蛋糕卷就完成了!
