  • 鸡蛋液50克
  • 香草粉10克
  • 可可粉3克
  • 泡打粉5克

Steps to make 曲奇饼干

  • 1.所有材料称好备用
  • 2.黄油室温软化,用电动打蛋器打至顺滑
  • 3.加入糖粉和砂糖,低速打匀,至体积增大
  • 4.分三次加入鸡蛋液
  • 5.继续用打蛋器低速打匀
  • 6.用网筛筛入低粉、香草粉、泡打粉
  • 7.搅拌均匀
  • 8.将拌好的面糊分成两份,另一份加入可可粉
  • 9.拌匀后,分别装入裱花袋中
  • 10.在烤盘上挤出形状
  • 11.烤箱200℃预热10分钟,放入挤好的饼干180℃烤10分钟,再160℃烤5分钟,晾凉即可
