Steps to make 【蛋卷烤盘】黑芝麻蛋卷

  • 1.烤盘。材质:铸铝涂层:通过国际食品安全检测~不沾无毒~放心使用尺寸:总长37.2cm;直径16cm;净重:564g。
  • 2.黄油软化,加入白砂糖搅拌均匀。
  • 3.用打蛋器搅打至黄油发白。
  • 4.逐个加入鸡蛋,搅打均匀。【蛋液和黄油搅打充分融合后再加入另一个鸡蛋】
  • 5.筛入低筋面粉。
  • 6.搅拌均匀成面糊。
  • 7.加入黑芝麻。
  • 8.将蛋卷烤盘预热上下都刷上油。
  • 9.用勺子倒入鸡蛋面糊于烤盘中间。
  • 10.盖上烤盘,小火加热1分钟,翻面再加热1分钟。
  • 11.趁热用筷子把蛋饼卷起成蛋卷即可。
