免油炸芝士热狗棒
剩下的一段肉肠,拿来做成芝士热狗棒吧
不喜欢油炸,变炸为烤,
油炸的看起来颜色更加金黄,表面油润;
烤的颜色似乎就没那么诱人,表面干脆。
口感略有差异,但都一样的芝香浓郁~

  • 面粉200克
  • 鲜酵母6克
  • 120克
  • 1/4小勺
  • 5克
  • 马苏里拉奶酪60克

Steps to make 免油炸芝士热狗棒

  • 1.用料:培根火腿肠一段,普通面粉200克,鲜酵母6克,水120克,盐1/4小勺,糖5克,面包糠适量,马苏里拉芝士80克。
  • 2.鲜酵母加少量水融化。
  • 3.再将面粉,糖,酵母,盐倒入大碗,分次加水,和成面团。
  • 4.成型的面团硬度像耳垂一般。揉到三光后,加一点食用油,再充分揉搓成一个光滑的面团。
  • 5.盖上保鲜膜,发至两倍大。
  • 6.等待面团发酵的时间,将香肠切成8份,穿在签子上。
  • 7.软化的芝士碎用手捏成块,穿在签子的顶部。粗细和香肠一样,尽量不要露出签子尖。
  • 8.面团发好后揉搓排气,分割成8等分。
  • 9.取一块面团擀成椭圆形。
  • 10.将穿好的签字放在面片中。
  • 11.用面片把香肠和芝士块全部裹起。顶部不要露出签子。
  • 12.表面刷水,在面包糠上滚一圈,使表面沾满面包糠。
  • 13.表面刷油,摆入烤盘。
  • 14.放入预热好的烤箱,中层,上下火180-200度,烤约15-20分钟。
  • 15.表面金黄,出炉。
  • 16.晾至温热,表面挤上番茄酱食用。
