Steps to make 羊骨汤

  • 1.备:羊骨(包含羊蹄,耳朵,羊脑,尾巴)。
  • 2.锅中放水,将羊骨放入,添加料酒,白醋,姜。
  • 3.大火烧开约煮三分钟左右。
  • 4.捞出来清洗干净。
  • 5.将羊骨放入砂锅,添加适量的开水,加姜片。
  • 6.红枣。
  • 7.中火烧开。
  • 8.转小火煲90分钟。
  • 9.煲好的汤,乳白汤水。
  • 10.调点盐,加入枸杞子即可,滴几滴米酒更香。
  • 11.汤碗面加入香菜,香葱末。
  • 12.将羊骨汤装入汤碗面。
  • 13.成品图。
