肉蛋三文鱼寿司
寿司是我比较喜欢吃的的一类食物,做起来不是很费劲,但是由于添加多种的食材更加的营养和健康。而且寿司也便于携带,周末出去玩也好,还是上班带饭也好,颜色搭配漂亮点装饭盒里,觉得比买外边的快餐要强多了。

今天做的这个寿司就是搜刮了下冰箱里的剩余食材,拼拼凑凑的倒也很美味哈,唯独就是没有鱼籽,不然就更完美了。最后挤上了点鱼子酱,但是跟鱼籽还是没法比呵。

  • 米饭一小碗
  • 三文鱼80克
  • 牛油果一个
  • 肉松10克
  • 香油少许
  • 沙拉酱20克
  • 紫菜一张
  • 鸡蛋一个
  • 紫薯半个
  • 寿司醋15ml
  • 少许
  • 鱼子酱一汤勺

Steps to make 肉蛋三文鱼寿司

  • 1.紫薯清洗干净后去皮切成1厘米的细条备用
  • 2.鸡蛋加水、加淀粉拌匀;锅内烧热油,紫薯条沾着蛋液下油锅炸至蛋糊金黄即可
  • 3.牛油果剥皮后切成条
  • 4.剩余的鸡蛋摊成薄薄的鸡蛋饼
  • 5.米饭加寿司醋、盐少许和香油一起拌均匀;寿司帘上铺保鲜膜然后放上一张紫菜,把拌好的米饭铺到紫菜上,要尽量压实
  • 6.然后铺好米饭的紫菜翻面
  • 7.摆好炸的紫薯、牛油果,然后挤上沙拉酱再均匀的铺上肉松
  • 8.把放好食材的寿司卷起,然后整理成方形的,尽量卷的紧实些,不然等下不好切
  • 9.鸡蛋饼切成跟寿司一样宽的条,三文鱼也一样切成条;把切好的鸡蛋片和三文鱼放到寿司上
  • 10.然后切块摆到盘子里,表面挤上沙拉酱和鱼子酱,配寿司酱油和芥末食用
