  • 1.备料4种,以下按下料顺序备料A:杭椒 蒜蓉 腊肠 (切片)备料B:鸡蛋备料C:干饭(最好隔夜饭或者煮熟后翻松晾干)备料D:生抽 鱼露 耗油 砂糖 (倒在一个碗里)备料E::九层塔叶子(我用的品种是金不换)
  • 2.用橄榄油,不要让米饭粘锅即可,不要太多。调和油好像也可以,味道差不多
  • 3.下备料A
  • 4.下备料B 鸡蛋
  • 5.下备料C:米饭 炒开
  • 6.下备料D 炒开后装入大小适当的碗内 倒扣在盘子上
