    • 1.小青菜洗净,猪肉、米饭备用。
    • 2.猪肉切丝或小片,随意。
    • 3.锅内油热后,加肉片翻炒至变色。(如果有肥肉,先下肥肉熬出油后,再放瘦肉)
    • 4.加适量生抽、料酒、盐、糖翻炒。
    • 5.加米饭,加水没过米饭煮至你喜欢的米饭硬度。
    • 6.加小青菜,翻动至青菜熟即可。
