  • 六月鲜零添加特级鲜生抽2汤匙
  • 玉米油3汤匙
  • 味达美凉拌香醋2汤匙
  • 味达美臻品蚝油1汤匙
  • 辣椒粉半茶匙

Steps to make 凉拌粉丝

  • 1.主要食材合集。
  • 2.木耳提前泡发,中间最好换几次水。
  • 3.粉丝泡软就行,不用泡太久。
  • 4.黄瓜和香菜洗干净切丝切段。
  • 5.胡萝卜切丝,黑木耳撕小块。
  • 6.姜和大蒜剁碎,加入辣椒粉和小米椒,再加3汤匙油,微波炉(700W)高火90秒。
  • 7.趁热加入大半茶匙盐。
  • 8.加入2汤匙生抽。
  • 9.加入凉拌醋2汤匙。
  • 10.最后加1汤匙蚝油,搅拌均匀。
  • 11.烧一锅开水,下粉丝煮一两分钟捞起过凉白开或冰水。
  • 12.接着先下木耳煮两三分钟,再下胡萝卜煮两分钟。
  • 13.粉丝、木耳和胡萝卜丝过水降温后滤干水。
  • 14.加入黄瓜丝和香菜。
  • 15.倒入前面调好的料汁,再撒一点熟芝麻,拌匀就可以了。也可以包上保鲜膜放冰箱冷藏半小时更好吃。
