Steps to make 凉拌藕片

  • 1.准备一节莲藕洗净去皮。
  • 2.切成薄片里面加少许醋以防氧化变黑。
  • 3.锅中烧水,水开后里面加少许盐和两滴将莲藕焯水30秒捞出过冷水沥干水分备用。
  • 4.准备辅料。
  • 5.青红椒,小葱和生姜切丝,大蒜切成末,香菜切成小段。
  • 6.将焯过水的莲藕放进大碗里将大蒜末,小葱丝和生姜丝放进去,里面加盐、鸡精、胡椒粉、白糖和熟芝麻。
  • 7.锅中倒油,将花椒粒放进去小火炒出香味。
  • 8.淋在藕片上。
  • 9.里面加芝麻油。
  • 10.加生抽。
  • 11.加凉拌醋。
  • 12.搅拌均匀。
  • 13.装盘开吃。
