Steps to make 纽约芝士蛋糕(无饼底版)

  • 1.准备原料
  • 2.将室温软化的奶油奶酪同糖粉一起倒入大碗
  • 3.用打蛋器搅拌至顺滑无颗粒
  • 4.磕入一个蛋
  • 5.搅打均匀
  • 6.再磕入一个蛋
  • 7.再次搅打均匀
  • 8.加入酸奶油
  • 9.搅拌均匀
  • 10.倒入6寸活底圆模
  • 11.烤箱预热160度,底层放加了水的烤盘,倒数第2层放烤架,将蛋糕模放在烤架上,烤约60分钟
  • 12.取出后,发现表面没有上色,重新入炉,将烤架提高一层,再烤20分钟左右
  • 13.表面上色后取出
  • 14.彻底凉透后,放入冰箱冷藏过夜
  • 15.取出脱模
