  • 日本豆腐4根
  • 番茄1个
  • 淀粉15g
  • 郫县豆瓣酱15g
  • 2g
  • 生抽5ml
  • 陈醋10ml
  • 白糖2g
  • 芝麻油8ml
  • 胡椒粉2g

Steps to make 鱼香日本豆腐

  • 1.日本豆腐不去皮,放入有孔蒸盘,等待预热。蒸箱调节到普通蒸模式,预热到100度后放入中层,蒸5分钟。(日本豆腐不容易烂的秘诀。)
  • 2.蒸好以后放冷水里凉透。切成厚度1.5cm片状。全部粘上淀粉。
  • 3.起油锅,将豆腐片炸脆炸黄。全部炸好装在盘子里备用。
  • 4.将西红柿切丁,葱花切碎,姜蒜切末。取一个碗装半碗水,加适量淀粉、盐,陈醋、胡椒粉、生抽、芝麻油、白糖,调制成汁。
  • 5.锅中烧油先讲姜蒜末下锅炒香,加豆瓣酱炒香,再放入番茄丁翻炒,西红柿炒出汁了就把剩余的其他调味料倒进去
  • 6.锅里的汁烧开以后关火,淋入豆腐上。最后撒适量葱花即可。
