花旗参乌鸡汤
花旗参又叫西洋参、洋参、美国人参等。原产地在美国和加拿大,是为五加科植物西洋参参的根。具有滋阴补气、宁神益智、清热生津和降火消暑的双重功效。用于气虚阴亏,内热,咳喘痰血,虚热烦倦,消渴,口燥咽干等作用。
花旗参中的皂甙可以有效增强中枢神经,达到静心凝神、消除疲劳、增强记忆力等作用,可适用于失眠、烦躁、记忆力衰退及老年痴呆等症状。

乌鸡有10种氨基酸,是补虚劳、养身体的上好佳品。食用乌鸡可以提高生理机能、延缓衰老、强筋健骨。对防治骨质疏松、佝偻病、妇女缺铁性贫血症等有明显功效。

Steps to make 花旗参乌鸡汤

  • 1.把所有材料准备好。
  • 2.红枣洗干净,去核。
  • 3.花旗参泡一下后切成片(花旗参片可省略此步骤)。
  • 4.瘦肉洗干净,切成小块。
  • 5.乌鸡洗干净,切成大块。
  • 6.放进煮开水的锅,大火煮一下,逼出污血。
  • 7.取出,用清水冲洗干净浮沫,并沥干水分备用。
  • 8.汤锅中注入适量清水,加入所有材料,插上电源,高火煮开后转中低火煮1.5小时。
  • 9.喝的时候,按个人口味调入适量盐。
