家常咸香鸡
以前吃鸡肉最多的做法就是红烧,今天分享一款不一样的吃法,家庭版的咸香鸡,咸香滑嫩,鲜嫩多汁,大人小孩都喜欢吃!

  • 三黄鸡一只
  • 黄冰糖50g
  • 30g
  • 盐焗粉60g
  • 生姜粉10g
  • 八角3个
  • 香叶3片
  • 4根
  • 米醋3勺
  • 生抽3勺
  • 老抽2勺
  • 生抽一勺
  • 一勺
  • 小米椒2个
  • 一根

Steps to make 家常咸香鸡

  • 1.准备食材备用,先把鸡清洗干净控干水分。
  • 2.找一个大一点的锅多加些水,加入葱姜八角香叶和黄冰糖。
  • 3.再加入三勺盐,那勺子比较大,大概30克。
  • 4.加入十克生姜粉。
  • 5.加入两包盐焗粉,也就是60克。
  • 6.加入入三勺生抽。
  • 7.加入两勺老抽。
  • 8.加入三勺米醋去腥增香。
  • 9.然后大火煮开转小火继续煮。
  • 10.然后手攥住鸡头,把鸡放入锅里,再拿出来。
  • 11.再放进去,再拿出来,重复三次,这样三进三出,能够使鸡皮定型。
  • 12.再把鸡和煮鸡的汤一起倒进高压锅。
  • 13.按鸡鸭肉类键闷煮40分钟。
  • 14.后煮好之后把鸡翻过来,闷十分钟。
  • 15.然后捞出来晾凉即可,一道鲜香美味多汁的咸香鸡就做好了。
  • 16.切成小块,蘸着料汁吃,也可以直接用手撕着吃,料汁的比例是一勺生抽,一勺醋,小米椒和葱切碎,放进里面拌一拌就可以了。
