  • 1.备齐做蛋饺的主食材。
  • 2.整颗的鸡蛋需要打散,加适量的水,注意水不要加得太多,会影响鸡蛋的凝固。
  • 3.大葱需要切碎了和肉馅混合一起,如同饺子馅一样的做法,放入配料里边的提及的佐料。
  • 4.先将锅开通电源低温加热,温度不要过高,低温鸡蛋液凝固的比较慢,这样比较好操作。在模具里刷点油放一勺鸡蛋液
  • 5.快速的在鸡蛋液上,放入适量的肉馅,保持低温。如果鸡蛋液凝固得快,先把温度档关掉。
  • 6.用筷子或者镊子合成饺子,按压一下边缘利于粘合在一起,饺子就做好。
  • 7.还是保持小火煎到饺子的双面都金黄了,肉馅也熟了。简单的几个步骤看看就会了吧。
  • 8.这饺子只需三步,一做就成味道鲜美外皮还酥脆。
