  • 1.备好食材,油豆角洗净去筋。
  • 2.面和好,盖保鲜膜醒半小时。
  • 3.水中加少许盐,油烧开,油豆角放入焯水煮一下。
  • 4.凉水洗后切块,肉切小块、葱也切小段放一起,一会用料理机搅碎。
  • 5.分别搅碎。
  • 6.猪肉馅中加(除油、八角、香叶、葱段)外所有调料。
  • 7.油烧开加八角、香叶,葱段,花椒粒炸香后捞出,油倒入肉馅中炸香。
  • 8.拌入豆角碎。
  • 9.再次拌匀。
  • 10.擀皮包馅。
  • 11.水开下水煮8分钟,中间点几次凉水。
  • 12.熟了。
  • 13.成品。
