泡椒凤爪---休闲必备
在没加入美食天下之前,不知啃了多少袋装的泡椒凤爪;去外面吃饭,只要有这道餐前小吃的餐厅,每次必点;每每晚上看电视上网,也是这道小吃陪着我度过漫漫长夜……可是现在不同啦,加入了美食天下,各种小吃,只要你喜欢,都可自己做来吃,味道好,干净卫生,还有对咱老百姓最重点要的一点,实惠呀。       这是我第一次做的泡椒凤爪,在美食天下学来的做法,吃到嘴里,跟外面卖的没啥两样,真心谢谢美食天下所有的大师们,你们太伟大了!

    Steps to make 泡椒凤爪---休闲必备

    • 1.新鲜鸡爪买回来切两半,入清水泡3小时(这个浸泡的步骤主要是为了泡去鸡爪的血污,让后期泡出来的鸡爪颜色白净)
    • 2.准备一干净的玻璃瓶,一瓶泡椒(我只用了一半,这个得根据自己鸡爪的数量来定)
    • 3.调料洗净沥干(花椒,干辣椒 ,桂皮, 姜片)
    • 4.因为喜欢辣一点,所以我把泡椒给切碎了(不太喜辣的朋友可以整个来泡)
    • 5.锅内加水,将所有调料(姜,辣椒,桂皮,花椒)与鸡爪入内同煮
    • 6.煮的过程中,加少许的白糖,10分钟就够了,关火后等2分钟盛出
    • 7.盛出的鸡爪用清水不断冲洗5分钟,然后过凉白开水,沥干晾凉
    • 8.将剁好的泡椒放进瓶里,加适量凉白开水,适量醋,适量盐,少许鸡精做成泡椒水(这个味道得自己尝出来)
    • 9.将晾好的鸡爪放进去,拧紧盖,2天后吃味道最好。(我的一天后就让人给吃一半去了)
