酸奶除保留了鲜奶的全部营养成分之外,在发酵的过程中乳酸菌还可以产生人体所必须的多种维生素,如维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12等。常饮酸奶能够润肤、明目、固齿、健发。原因就是酸奶中含有丰富的钙,更易于消化吸收,利用率高。进入身体后通过产生大量的短链脂肪酸促进肠道蠕动及菌体大量生长改变渗透压而防止便秘。

Steps to make 自制酸奶

  • 1.成品图。
  • 2.材料:天然博士有机蛋白粉10g(约1平勺),牛奶500ML,酸奶菌1包(1克),蓝莓酱适量,蜂蜜1小勺。
  • 3.自己做酸奶,容器的卫生是很重要的,所以在开始制作时候,第一步就是要消毒容器,我准备了一些玻璃瓶,还有装牛奶的碗,都是要用刚烧开的开水烫过才可以的。
  • 4.接着将牛奶倒入消毒过的大碗中,然后加入1克的酸奶菌,用消毒过的勺子搅拌均匀。
  • 5.接着将牛奶再倒入之前消毒好的杯子中,盖上盖子,放在40度的环境进行发酵,时间大约8个小时。这个环境你可以用电饭煲、烤箱或者酸奶机都可以的,只要环境温度合适就成。
  • 6.做好放冰箱冷藏,为了让营养更丰富,我特地加入了蓝莓酱。
  • 7.顺便加点蜂蜜综合甜味。
  • 8.同时为了让营养更全面,现在天气热了,很多人都开始健身减肥,也喜欢吃酸奶来促进消化,加入一勺的蛋白粉可以补充体力。
