Steps to make Fresh oyster sauce and shiitake mushrooms
- 1. Wash fresh mushrooms and soak in diluted salt water for ten minutes.
- 2. Cut the carrot into diamond shaped slices, blanch in boiling water for one minute, remove and set aside. Slice the cucumber.
- 3. Pour in cooking oil and let the oil temperature reach 40%. Then add scallions and shredded lean meat and stir fry for a while. Then add carrot slices, shiitake mushrooms, and cucumber slices, drizzle in cooking oil, salt, and chicken essence, and continue to stir fry for a few more times before serving on a plate.
