烤牛奶
说到鲜奶大家都知道,再说到“炸鲜奶”估计很多人都吃过,外表酥脆 里面软嫩,咬一口 满嘴都是牛奶的香味,但是炸制的过程太不健康,而且会摄入过多的油,所以真心不推荐。今天教大家一道“酥皮烤鲜奶”。此次这个鲜奶是烤的 不是油炸的,特别适合孩子吃 ,因为没有油炸环节 就相对比较健康一些。

Details of ingredients

  • 牛奶350g
  • 白糖25g
  • 玉米淀粉50g
  • 鸡蛋1只
  • 淀粉50g
  • 黄色面包糠50g

Steps to make 烤牛奶

  • 1.把牛奶,白糖和50g玉米淀粉全部放入小奶锅里。
  • 2.搅拌均匀。
  • 3.小火加热至溶液粘稠即关火。
  • 4.模具铺保鲜膜,把牛奶糊倒入碗中,放冰箱冷藏2小时左右。
  • 5.凝固好了之后取出倒在切板上,用刀切成小块。
  • 6.按照先淀粉,然后鸡蛋液,最后面包糠的顺序把鲜奶冻裹好。
  • 7.裹成如图所示。
  • 8.全部裹好后摆入铺有油纸的烤盘上。
  • 9.aca烤箱180度上下管预热好了后摆入烤箱中层烤15分钟即可。
  • 10.外酥里嫩,满嘴的牛奶香,特别喜欢。
