糖醋里脊

Steps to make 糖醋里脊

  • 1.里脊肉切成长条,加1汤匙料酒和少量盐(小于0.5茶匙)腌一会
  • 2.加一个蛋清,3汤匙面粉和1汤匙淀粉,1汤匙水将里脊肉挂上浆
  • 3.取一个空碗,放适量淀粉,将挂好浆的里脊再包裹上淀粉,抖掉多余的淀粉
  • 4.锅烧热,适量油。中火,将里脊肉炸熟,3分钟左右,盛出备用
  • 5.油再烧热,大火,第二次炸里脊,因为这次油温很高,要快速炸30秒取出
  • 6.将番茄酱、糖,加3汤匙水,混合成料汁儿
  • 7.锅烧热,加少量油,葱花和蒜末煸炒出香味
  • 8.将步骤6的料汁儿入锅。如果汤汁过浓,可以再加少量水。
  • 9.将里脊肉入锅,大火翻炒挂上汁儿。加半碗淀粉水勾芡,翻炒几下即可
