糖水马蹄
马蹄又叫荸荠,性甘、味寒,能清热润肺、生津消滞、舒肝明目、利气通化;
马蹄在云南多作水果吃,上学的时候去了南京才知道马蹄可入菜,味道也是棒棒的,尤其是做丸子。
多吃马蹄可以防治呼吸系统疾病,尤其是急性咽喉炎,这一点我是亲身体验哦~
周末的时候扁桃体发炎了,一觉睡醒后嗓子眼咽口水都很疼,但是又不太想吃药,正好做狮子头买的马蹄有多的,就煮了马蹄枸杞糖水,喝了两天就好了,真真是个好东西呢~

Steps to make 糖水马蹄

  • 1.食材如图,老公帮我把马蹄都削好了^_^;
  • 2.马蹄削皮洗净,每个马蹄十字切成四块;
  • 3.马蹄放入砂锅中,加适量水和冰糖,大火煮开后小火煮20分钟;
  • 4.放入枸杞,煮一分钟后关火焖10分钟;
  • 5.焖10分钟后枸杞的中的水溶性成分就出来了,有多多的枸杞多糖哦~
  • 6.好了,我趁热喝了一碗,剩下的放冰箱第二天喝,喝了两天扁桃体就不疼了~
