我一直对糯食情有独钟。喜欢它那软软糯糯的口感,但好吃的东西也不能多吃,如果是搭配其它食材,就会健康加倍,且容易消化。这次,我改变以往将红薯饼油煎的做法,用九阳新款空气炸锅来炸制,只需在饼皮上轻轻刷一层薄油,就能达到煎锅的同等效果,而且你还不必将灶台拧成小火慢慢煎,生怕一离开给煎糊了,用炸锅,一键搞定,选择功能键后爱干啥去干啥,听到提示鸣音后不油不腻的甜蜜小饼就好了。

Steps to make 红薯糯米饼

  • 1.准备食材。
  • 2.取糯米粉80克。
  • 3.加入加热过的红薯(如果凉的,请加热后再使用)
  • 4.将红薯和糯米粉搅拌均匀,趁热揉成软硬适中的面团
  • 5.将面团分割成每个约35克的小团。
  • 6.压扁,加入馅料(你可以选择豆沙馅等)
  • 7.捏紧封口,轻压成扁饼状,略沾水均匀的滚上一层芝麻,依次都做好。
  • 8.炸锅选择薯条键,提前200度预热5分钟。
  • 9.在炸篮中铺锡纸,并刷一层薄油,放入饼坯
  • 10.在饼的顶部轻轻刷上一层薄油,将炸篮放入炸锅中。
  • 11.约15分钟,红薯饼表层变成金黄色,即可出炉。
