东北熏肉大饼
有家东北熏肉大饼是我的最爱,每次只要没吃饭路过必吃!我的饮食习惯很接近北方人,其实我是地地道道的南方姑娘哈哈!
这次自己亲自动手做一道熏肉大饼先试试,等技术纯熟了再做给大家吃!
下面开始一一叙述大饼的步骤哦吼吼!

    Steps to make 东北熏肉大饼

    • 1.和面的图片我就不发了,厨房搞的乱七八糟的。。。面粉少量,具体我也不知道多少,总之视情况而定,像我做两人份的,就弄了半小碗面粉!首先,在面粉中加入少于面粉50%的温水和面,面揉到一定劲道就可以了,结果就如上图,成为一个小团。
    • 2.将水海带洗净切碎,与姜碎、蒜碎一起凉拌,加适量的盐与鸡精。
    • 3.生菜选几片就够了,洗净后切成小片,具体大小自己掌握,最好是小一点。
    • 4.香菜和葱洗净,剁碎,也放在一边备用。
    • 5.倒入1/3锅的油(不要担心油会浪费,只炸过一次的没什么杂质的油,以后可以直接拌进菜里,很好吃又不会浪费!),大火热锅,中火烧油
    • 6.趁油在烧的时候,把面团分成你要的等分(几个人吃就几等分!),分别用工具擀成薄薄的面饼状,最好一个一个炸,也就是一边做一边擀,不要一个个事先擀好,面会粘住砧板!
    • 7.油烧热了,把面饼轻轻地放入油中炸个一两分钟就好。翻一次边。注意不要烫伤。炸的时间过长,面饼就裹不住馅儿了!会碎掉。
    • 8.在面饼捞出锅后,放在砧板上凉一会的空隙里,将熏肉或熏肠放入锅中,炸一分钟,小火。
    • 9.把香菜和葱,生菜,海带,熏肠,依次摆在炸好的面饼上。
    • 10.。。。。。。。。。。。。
    • 11.轻轻地将面饼裹起来,看,简单的熏肉大饼就做好啦!
    • 12.根据个人口味,加番茄酱和辣酱都可以,你一定会喜欢的!
