柠檬甜甜圈蛋糕
挺好吃的一款小蛋糕,除了外型讨人喜爱,味道也很赞呢。有柠檬的清香,也有蔓越莓的酸甜口感,做法蛮简单,不需要打发蛋白,加入一丁点的无铝泡打粉即可。此分量可以做12个甜甜圈蛋糕。

  • 低筋面粉46g
  • 无铝泡打粉1g
  • 黄油30g
  • 细砂糖27g
  • 蛋液48g
  • 柠檬皮碎3g

Steps to make 柠檬甜甜圈蛋糕

  • 1.鸡蛋和糖加入到法焙客的玻璃打蛋盆里。
  • 2.用打蛋器搅拌均匀至糖溶化。
  • 3.将面粉和泡打粉过筛进去。
  • 4.拌均匀后,加入已经提前隔水溶化的黄油和柠檬皮屑。
  • 5.拌好的蛋糕糊放入冰箱冷藏1个小时。
  • 6.在甜甜圈模具里抹上一层黄油,撒上一些蔓越蔓碎(蔓越莓尽量切碎一些)
  • 7.将冷藏过的蛋糕糊装进裱花袋,再挤入甜甜圈蛋糕模里。
  • 8.放入提前预热好上火165度,下火170度的东菱K30A烤箱中层,烘烤12分钟。
  • 9.蛋糕圈做好后,倒扣出来即可。
