Steps to make 蛋糕or冰激凌

  • 1.鸡蛋分离在两个无油无水的干净盆里。
  • 2.蛋黄内加入牛奶,玉米油,白糖10g混合搅拌均匀,充分乳化。
  • 3.筛入低筋面粉,搅拌均匀。
  • 4.搅拌好的蛋糊。
  • 5.白糖分三次加入蛋白中,用打蛋器打致湿性发泡。拉起打蛋器呈大弯勾状。
  • 6.取三分之一蛋白到蛋黄内,混合切拌或翻拌均匀。
  • 7.倒回蛋白盆内,再次以翻拌或切拌手法混合均匀。
  • 8.倒入铺好油布(或油纸)的28x28的金盘内。塑料刮刀刮平均匀。
  • 9.轻震几下,震出大气泡,送入预热好的烤箱,上下火165度20分钟即可。
  • 10.出炉,连带油布一起提起顺势滑到烤网,揭开四周晾凉。用一张干净的油纸盖在表面,翻过来。揭去油布。
  • 11.将蛋糕切合适的小块。
  • 12.巧克力倒入小盆内,小火隔水热至融化。将切好的蛋糕小块,插上冰糕棍,在巧克力溶液里打个滚,让蛋糕粘满巧克力。撒上彩针装饰一下就好了。
  • 13.酸奶淋在蛋糕上,撒上熟花生碎,也很好吃。
  • 14.全部做好后,放冰箱冷藏一个小时更好吃!完成!
