日式亲子盖饭-親子丼
親子丼读成oyakodon,丼在日语里指的是盖饭,所以親子丼就意味着亲子盖饭。因为亲子盖饭主要食材就是鸡肉和鸡蛋,所以亲子的由来也是在这里。亲子盖饭做法简单,味道非常鲜美,喜欢吃日式的朋友千万不能错过的一道最家常的日料哦~!

Details of ingredients

  • 去骨鸡腿肉200g
  • 鸡蛋4个
  • 香菜(可以用海带丝代替)20根左右
  • 洋葱1个
  • 米饭一碗
  • 酱油2勺
  • 砂糖1勺
  • 味醂1勺
  • 清酒(可用料酒代替)1勺
  • 100-120ml

Steps to make 日式亲子盖饭-親子丼

  • 1.所有食材洗净切块,洋葱切半再切块,香菜以4cm左右长度切。(JuJu家里只剩下紫洋葱,所以就用这个代替普通洋葱了哦~)不喜欢香菜的同学可以用海带丝来代替哦~
  • 2.打鸡蛋,用筷子搅几下让蛋黄打散的程度就可以,不要打过打太均匀
  • 3.锅里倒水,加入酱油,砂糖,清酒或料酒,味醂等所有调料搅拌均匀后开中火
  • 4.放入洋葱以后盖上锅盖煮4分钟左右
  • 5.放入切块的鸡肉
  • 6.盖上锅盖继续煮4-5分钟以后拿下锅盖,用筷子翻一下,然后盖上锅盖继续煮到熟。
  • 7.这过程中用勺子把浮在上面的杂质滤掉
  • 8.鸡肉煮熟以后,把刚打好的蛋液的3分之2,均匀倒入到锅里,用筷子搅两下,盖上锅盖煮15秒左右后继续把剩下的蛋液全部倒入进去
  • 9.把香菜放进去,盖上锅盖,然后迅速把火关掉,放20秒左右
  • 10.这时碗里先盛好米饭,然后把刚做好的鸡肉带汁一起放到上面即完成!!
