Steps to make 粉肠豆干煲

  • 1.准备粉肠、 豆干、 青椒 。
  • 2.青椒切滚刀块 ,粉肠切成段, 豆干切成条。
  • 3.烧开一锅水 ,将粉肠入锅焯水2分钟,捞起后用清水清洗一遍,沥干水分 。
  • 4.起锅热油,炒香姜蒜 。
  • 5.放入料酒、黄豆酱、酱油、糖、胡椒粉。
  • 6.倒入粉肠翻拌均匀 ,铲起备用 。
  • 7.准备砂锅, 锅底放油 ,放入豆干和青椒块。
  • 8.加适量的盐 ,用筷子不断翻炒至变色 。
  • 9.倒入粉肠 。
  • 10.加入半碗水,盖盖中小火炖5分钟 。
  • 11.时间到 ,关火。
  • 12.成品。非常咸香下饭 。
