牛肉蛋治
我做牛肉馅饺子时,剩下一点儿牛肉馅,咋办呢,对了,还有些咸吐司片,加个鸡蛋,就来个牛肉蛋治

Steps to make 牛肉蛋治

  • 1.在腌过的牛肉馅里打入鸡蛋,不用搞拌(腌肉方法和材料见上篇的“香煎牛肉脆饼”)
  • 2.咸吐司4片
  • 3.热锅,下油,倒入牛肉与蛋,两面煎熟
  • 4.把熟的牛肉与蛋分成两块,分别放入吐司上
  • 5.在有肉的吐司上覆盖上一块吐司,放入烤箱,180度烤10分钟左右,中途翻面一次,烤至吐司两面金黄,(与烤盘接触那面先变金 黄色的,所以要检查的)
  • 6.取出烤好的吐司,对半切开就行了(不切也行)
