原味快手华夫饼

  • 吉士粉(可不放)3g
  • 白砂糖40g
  • 鸡蛋1只
  • 牛奶100ml
  • 黄油20g
  • 食盐1g

Steps to make 原味快手华夫饼

  • 1.所有粉类过筛。
  • 2.鸡蛋加牛奶打散打匀。
  • 3.将牛奶蛋液倒入粉中,搅拌均匀。
  • 4.搅拌成无颗粒的面糊。
  • 5.倒入融化的黄油。
  • 6.划Z字的手法将面糊搅拌均匀。
  • 7.静置十分钟以上,半小时也没问题。
  • 8.华夫饼机预热,华夫饼盘刷一层薄薄的黄油。
  • 9.预热三分钟左右。
  • 10.倒入面糊,将华夫饼机倒过来转一圈让面糊能均匀的粘在华夫饼模具上,面糊量要铺满整个模具,但不要超出花边。左图是正确的面糊量,右图因最后一个量不太够,有点少。
  • 11.烘烤五六分钟左右即可。打开盖子时,要慢点,如果两片模具还黏连就不要强行打开。
  • 12.外焦里嫩,松软香甜的华夫饼就可以享用了。
