蔓越莓辫子面包
这是一款我们家常吃的面包,嚼劲十足,奶香浓郁,酸酸甜甜的蔓越莓,更增添了它的口感,也大大的满足了视觉感官。当然,也可以任意的放上自己喜欢的各类干果,全凭自己喜欢。

  • 细砂糖40克
  • 无盐黄油50克
  • 4克
  • 鸡蛋80克
  • 牛奶110克
  • 酵母6克

Steps to make 蔓越莓辫子面包

  • 1.将除黄油以外的所有材料按照先液体后粉末的顺序放入面包机中,启动面包机和面功能30分钟;离和面结束前的10分钟加入黄油,直至和面结束,启动面包机发酵功能90分钟,这是初次发酵好的面团;
  • 2.将发酵好的面团取出排气;
  • 3.揉成6个光滑并大小一致的面团;
  • 4.盖上拧干水的湿毛巾,中间发酵15分钟;
  • 5.再次按压排气后,依次搓成6根细长条;
  • 6.三根一组,辫成小辫,依次做完两组;

  • 8.取出2次发酵好的面团,用软毛刷均匀的刷上蛋液,点缀上蔓越莓干,放进预热好的175度的烤箱中,中层,上下火,烤18分钟左右即可;
