Steps to make 姜汁豇豆

  • 1.将豇豆洗净。
  • 2.切成长段。

  • 6.过凉水,放入盘中,备用。
  • 7.锅中加30ml的清水,水开,倒入红辣椒丝、姜末和蒜末、加少许醋和盐调味,做成调料汁,将焯好水的豇豆摆盘,然后用小勺淋入调味汁。
  • 8.最后滴几滴香油。
  • 9.拌匀即可享用。
