Steps to make 柳橙包

  • 1.取一碗,打入一颗蛋,加入10克糖,盐,和牛奶搅拌均匀,加入面粉和15克融化的黄油,搅拌均匀。
  • 2.将面糊过筛备用。
  • 3.将橘子皮切成长条状,橙子去皮,一半切片,一半切丁。
  • 4.将20糖放入沸水中融化,放入橘皮稍煮一下。
  • 5.将面糊摊成一张薄饼备用。
  • 6.在锅中放入5克黄油,加热融化,倒入25克糖和橙汁搅拌均匀,小火收汁。
  • 7.将橙子丁加上适量奶油一起包裹在饼皮里。
  • 8.用橙皮固定,摆在盘中,倒入酱汁,撒上糖粉即可。
