老规矩,为了防止长胖,没用奶油,用的酸奶。
没有糖粉,白糖捣碎代替糖粉。吃货总是有各种招数来做美食。

  • 2.如图切去边缘。
  • 3.方形切等份三块。
  • 4.叠放,去除上边两块的中心。
  • 5.如图,我没切好,只去了一块的。
  • 6.取一个蛋黄,搅散。
  • 7.均匀抹酥皮上。
  • 8.烤箱上下火190度,反正面各烤7分钟。
  • 9.烤酥皮的之后洗草莓。
  • 10.对开。
  • 11.取蓝莓干。
  • 12.取白糖。
  • 13.捣碎。
  • 14.取酸奶。
  • 15.烤好的酥皮。
  • 16.摆盘。
  • 17.放酸奶,这个酸奶不够浓稠,约浓稠越好。
  • 18.放上草莓和果干。
  • 19.撒上白糖粉。
  • 20.成品。
