  • 1.准备腊肉、蒜苗、生姜、小辣椒(喜欢吃辣的可以多放点哦)
  • 2.腊肉我一般选取金字五花腊肉,吃过几次,味道比较好,就一直用了,哈哈
  • 3.将腊肉切成片,蒜苗切成段,再将佐料切好
  • 4.先将腊肉放入油锅中翻炒(不要太熟)
  • 5.再将其它食材放入进行翻炒,放入少许盐、味精
  • 6.色正味浓的腊肉炒蒜苗就出锅了,下饭下酒都很不错哦。
