莜麦桃酥
酥酥的桃酥,一直是很多人的最爱,但其含油量也是高的。喜欢吃桃酥,但又怕过多的油脂摄入,对身体不好,就想办法做既美味又健康的桃酥。除了减少原料中的油和糖的用量外,我还特意加了粗粮,这样再吃桃酥,就不会有那么多的负担了。但我们在吃东西的时候,依然要遵循美味不可多用这样的原则哦。

  • 金龙鱼糕点用小麦粉200克
  • 白糖75克
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 莜麦面100克
  • 玉米油115克
  • 白芝麻少许
  • 泡打粉1克
  • 小苏打1克
  • 清水少许

Steps to make 莜麦桃酥

  • 1.原料:金龙鱼糕点用小麦粉、白糖、鸡蛋、玉米油、白芝麻、莜麦面。
  • 2.玉米油倒入盆中,加入白糖,用手动打蛋器搅拌均匀。
  • 3.加入1个鸡蛋,搅拌均匀。
  • 4.将莜麦面、泡打粉、小苏打和糕点用小麦粉混合后,过筛到盆里。
  • 5.将所有材料和成面团。
  • 6.面团分成15克一个的小面团后,用手揉圆,按扁放入烤盘,用大拇指在中间的位置按压一下即可。
  • 7.在小面团上刷上清水,撒上白芝麻,烤箱预热上火180度,下火170度,预热完成将烤盘放入烤箱,烤16分钟,表面呈现淡黄色即可出炉,晾凉就可以装保鲜袋慢慢吃啦。
  • 8.加入粗粮的桃酥,多了健康,多了营养,吃起来也是酥酥香香的,莜麦面的香味。
  • 9.美美哒下午茶点心。
