Steps to make 芝麻洋葱乌冬面

  • 1.洋葱切片(实际上一炒就成了丝);大蒜切末;
  • 2.热锅凉油,加入适量橄榄油,下入洋葱中小火煸炒均匀;
  • 3.加入蒜末,煸炒均匀;
  • 4.加入少许盐,煸炒均匀;
  • 5.继续煸炒至洋葱变软,并微微发黄,关火;
  • 6.将芝麻酱、酱油、香油和醋一起放进大碗,并加入适量凉开水;
  • 7.搅拌均匀,成顺滑的酱汁;
  • 8.加入炒好的洋葱备用;
