烤面包布丁
这应该是我能想到吃不完的土司最好的归宿吧,湿软嫩口的面包散着蛋奶和肉桂的香气,撒上一把薄脆的杏仁片,趁热吃配上冰爽的柠檬气泡水,如果再来点水果的话拿来作周末的早午餐就赞了呀!

  • 葡萄干适量(冷水浸泡20分钟)
  • 奶油250克
  • 牛奶250克
  • 蛋黄200克
  • 蜂蜜2大勺

Steps to make 烤面包布丁

  • 1.将牛奶、奶油、蜂蜜在锅内烧至微沸,持续搅拌,熄火冷却15分钟,打入蛋黄,形成酱汁
  • 2.将土司切块或者掰开码入烤盘中,一层面包、刷一层黄油、铺一层葡萄干、撒一层包包的肉桂粉,以此填至烤盘2/3处(我偷懒把黄油进了酱汁中,所以每层淋入,尽量让黄油分布均匀,当然,最好别这么干^_^)
  • 3.将酱汁逐量淋入面包,同时用调羹按压帮助酱汁吸入面包,直至饱和无法继续吸入为止,包裹保鲜膜后放入冰箱冷藏4小时或隔夜
  • 4.烤箱预热180摄氏度。在平底锅内将杏仁片翻炒至金黄出香,冷却待用
  • 5.将烤盘放入烤箱中180摄氏度烤40分钟或直到面包布丁膨起,随后将加温模式调至broil(上加热炙烤),温度升高至220摄氏度,5分钟左右将面包布丁表面烘至焦糖色即可出炉
  • 6.将面包布丁分块成盘,撒上细糖粉和杏仁片即可享用
