过年怎么能少了饮品呢,那就来一个杨枝甘露吧,在饮品店是18一杯,我之前曾特意买了一杯尝尝,说实话,没有自己做的味道足。还是自己动手来做吧,

Steps to make 杨枝甘露

  • 1.我用的绿色小西米,开水入锅煮7分钟左右,里面还会有白芯,不用担心,盖盖子再焖15分钟,就完全透明了。煮的时候注意水的量要大些,这样不会糊锅
  • 2.已经透明的西米,用凉开水过凉备用。
  • 3.椰子粉用少许温开水冲泡,搅拌均匀,水不要太多,这样味道浓
  • 4.再把牛奶和椰子汁混合均匀
  • 5.把椰奶和250克芒果丁一起用破壁机搅打成糊
  • 6.另外一些芒果切丁,西柚也切丁放入杯子底部,再放入西米
  • 7.最上面倒入芒果椰奶糊,这样方便携带。也可以把水果和西米放入杯中,直接倒入椰奶,味道也很棒。
