今天在市场遇到有卖这种侧芽的,很便宜哦,一块钱2.5斤,买了一块钱的。
把粗壮的用来腌咸菜,顶部嫩芽准备弄一些拌菜吃,剩下来的准备包包子。

  • 1.买的西兰花侧芽。
  • 2.把顶部嫩尖掰下来。
  • 3.洗净。
  • 4.取一小把切段,菜梗单独放。
  • 5.锅烧水。
  • 6.烧水的同时取午餐肉。
  • 7.午餐肉切条,蒜切末,红线椒切圈。
  • 8.放大碗里,加食盐和鸡精。
  • 9.放陈醋,拌匀。
  • 10.水开先放菜梗煮开锅2分钟,再放菜叶,再煮开2分钟。
  • 11.捞出过冷水放蒜末里。
  • 12.拌匀。
  • 13.放午餐肉和香油。
  • 14.拌匀即可。
  • 15.成品。
