每年的5--6月正是枇杷成熟的季节,成熟的枇杷味道甜美,营养颇丰,有各种果糖、葡萄糖、钾、磷、铁、钙以及维生素A、B、C等。当中胡萝卜素含量在各水果中为第三位。中医认为枇杷果实有润肺、止咳、止渴的功效。我们吃枇杷大多都是吃了果肉,把核给扔了,其实枇杷核也有很好的功效的。我曾在养生专家王宜的博客里看到过枇杷膏的做法,其中就不仅仅是用到了枇杷果汁,还用到了枇杷核及叶子。我今天就按照专家教的方法来做一个枇杷膏,熬好的枇杷膏存放得当的话能放一年之久都没事,在枇杷季节,做一些备着,宝妈或者一岁以上的宝宝如果感冒咳嗽,就可以用这个安全方便的膏剂来调理,比吃药安全的多啦。这也算是果汁的别样吃法吧,方法是专家教的,用起来就比较安心啦。

Steps to make 枇杷膏

  • 1.新鲜枇杷果
  • 2.洗净,取出核。
  • 3.把枇杷叶洗净切一下
  • 4.枇杷核用料理机加适量的水打碎
  • 5.枇杷叶和枇杷核加水,小火熬半小时左右
  • 6.过滤取汁
  • 7.把枇杷果肉用料理机打成汁
  • 8.和熬好的核叶汁一起倒入锅中,搅拌均匀
  • 9.加冰糖
  • 10.小火熬
  • 11.熬至浓稠的膏状
  • 12.晾凉后加适量枇杷蜂蜜,味道和功效都会更好
