咖喱酥皮大虾
这是一道简单好做又好吃的菜。酥皮包裹着虾的身体,外面酥皮酥酥的,里面虾肉嫩嫩的,伴着咖喱的酱汁非常美味。

Steps to make 咖喱酥皮大虾

  • 1.将虾身的壳去掉,并且去肠,虾头的壳保留
  • 2.将虾用柠檬汁,白胡椒粉和盐腌制15分钟
  • 3.腌制虾的同时将酥皮擀薄擀平
  • 4.再将酥皮剪成长条
  • 5.用纸巾或者干毛巾把腌制好的虾表面水分吸干
  • 6.将酥皮条缠绕在虾的身上
  • 7.在酥皮条上均匀地刷上蛋黄液
  • 8.两只虾都准备完毕待用
  • 9.烤盘上放锡纸,将两只虾放在锡纸上,放入烤箱。烤箱温度设置190度,上下双管,烤10分钟
  • 10.虾烤完后在虾的头部,尾部以及酥皮上均匀地抹上一层薄薄的咖喱酱汁,和绰水的西兰花以及柠檬片一起装盘即可
