自制葱花梳打饼(烤箱做梳打饼干)
梳打饼是我最喜欢吃的零食~它那种松脆真让人越吃越上瘾!自从家有了烤箱之后,就想,为什么不能自己弄梳打饼干吃呢?一时冲动之下,就做了这款饼干~~

  • 低筋面粉150g
  • 温牛奶60g
  • 黄油30g
  • 30g
  • 白芝麻10g
  • 5g
  • 苏打粉0.5g
  • 酵母2.5g
  • 5g

Steps to make 自制葱花梳打饼(烤箱做梳打饼干)

  • 1.准备材料~葱要切碎!!黄油要提前隔水加热至融为液态
  • 2.牛奶要加热到温和,大概30度左右就可以吧~反正温和便是了,不要忘了把酵母放进去哦!
  • 3.低粉、糖、盐、苏打粉、葱花、白芝麻放在碗中混合,刚开始可先用刮刀搅拌均匀,然后弄个洞放含有酵母的牛奶用手揉合,如果稀了可适当加点低粉~
  • 4.搓成型了,再加入黄油,继续搓
  • 5.搓成球状后,盖上保鲜膜,静置半小时
  • 6.时光匆匆流去。。。。然后就擀面吧~擀成1~2mm左右的圆饼状(好吧我承认我当时擀厚了)
  • 7.然后用刀切成方块状~如果用模型也可以哦!
  • 8.放在烤盘中,用叉子戳洞洞
  • 9.然后再次静置15min
  • 10.预热5min,170度,然后就放进烤箱170度,上下层,烘烤10-13min
